Our Services
We provide Physical stability to the patients through medical detox, as our initial treatment goal is to remove the drugs or alcohol safely from a person’s body and brain while minimizing potential withdrawal side effects. Detox focuses mainly on the physical aspect of addiction. We offer medication-assisted detox to help relieve the symptoms of withdrawal, giving our patients the optimal chance at success. We utilize the latest evidence-based resources to make the detoxification process as safe, comfortable, and effective as possible.
Drug addiction is chronic, often relapsing brain disease that causes compulsive drug seeking and use, despite harmful consequences to the drug addict and those around them. Drug addiction is a brain disease because the abuse of drugs leads to changes in the structure and function of the brain.
The social acceptance of drinking can make alcohol addiction hard to stop. Despite its legal status, alcohol’s potential for abuse opens users up to many health risks and possible addiction.
Many other mental conditions can be effectively treated with one or a combination of the following therapies: Medication, Psychotherapy, Group therapy Day treatment or partial rehab treatment.
One can prevent relapse by taking care of himself and seeking constant support in the form of individual therapy, group counseling and other support group meetings, sober living homes, and much more.
Attending group meetings for individuals in recovery might be extremely useful. Regular meetings with recovering members not only reminds you of the negative results of substance abuse but also helps you to connect meaningfully with others who understand what you’re going through. Some other benefits of regularly attending recovery groups include the following:
Observing that you’re not alone who is suffering which helps to free from the guilt and shame.
You can take advantages of what others have learned.
You are at that place where you will feel safe, secure and not judged, and where you can tell things honestly and truthfully.
Motivation to recover is necessary with ongoing sobriety. Getting sober takes proper time and effort, and who are enlist with this treatment program must be fully committed and ready.
Freedom Treatment & Rehab’s residential alcohol and drug rehab is similar to an inpatient drug treatment program. Clients are expected to make a minimum commitment of few weeks or accordingly, where they live on site in one of our houses with others who are attempting to recover from substance abuse, chemical dependency, alcoholism or addiction. We offer residential alcohol and drug treatment at three places. Our programs range from 30 to 90 days (or more), can include alcohol and/or drug detox and are personalized to fit the specific needs of each individual we treat to offer them what we feel is the best chance to succeed.
Individual Counseling: During sessions, you will work with your therapist to create an individualized treatment plan with goals, objectives, and interventions that you’ll work on together throughout your program.
Group Counseling: During sessions, you will join other clients who are working to overcome substance/alcohol use disorders. Group categories may be: Psychoeducational, Life Skills, I Emotional Regulation, Relapse Prevention, Goal-setting and more!
Family Counseling: If applicable, you will participate in individually scheduled sessions to work to identify patterns of interaction that have become problematic, examine those patterns, and change them.

Drugs Details
Opioids
Opioids, sometimes called narcotics, are a type of drug that include strong prescription pain relievers. The illegal drug heroin is also an opioid. Opioid abuse means you are not taking the medicines according to your provider’s instructions, you are using them to get high, or you are taking someone else’s opioids. Addiction is a chronic brain disease. It causes you to compulsively seek out drugs even though they cause you harm.
Cannabis
Cannabis, or Marijuana, is a plant derived, psychoactive drug that is generally smoked. Its effects include changes in perception and mood, as well as feelings of euphoria, or relaxation. However, users may also experience negative effects such as paranoia, or anxiety. Increased appetite, sleepiness, and short term memory impairment are more common effects of smoking cannabis.
Cannabis can sometimes act as a ‘gateway drug’, meaning that users may start off taking this drug before moving onto harder drugs in search of a stronger high. Drug dealers selling harder drugs in addition to cannabis will inevitably ask clients if they would like to sample these too.
Alcohol
we believe that alcohol addiction, or alcoholism, is a primary, chronic brain disease. As a result, patients must undergo an abstinence-based programme in order to achieve long-lasting recovery and rehabilitation. The specialized residential treatment programme for alcoholism that has been developed here at Freedom will help patients suffering from alcohol addiction find get the personalized care they need to combat the disease.
Meth or Ice
The full name of meth, or crystal meth, is methamphetamine – a synthetic drug that is similar to amphetamine. Meth has a powerful effect, lasting up to 16 hours. Meth is a highly addictive drug as the need for another dose comes very fast. Chronic meth abuse significantly changes how the brain functions, reducing motor skills and impairing verbal learning. Recent studies in chronic meth abusers have also revealed severe structural and functional changes in areas of the brain associated with emotion and memory.
Cocaine
Cocaine is an addictive, psychoactive stimulant that is generally taken as a recreational drug. Cocaine increases the concentration of neurotransmitters dopamine, serotonin, and norepinephrine, as well as exciting the central nervous system, resulting in effects such as:
• Increased alertness
• Talkativeness
• Euphoria
• Rapid heart rate
• Increased blood pressure
• Sweating
Our core treatment for cocaine abuse is made up of specialised addiction group therapy, personal therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). CBT can be particularly effective for treating cocaine abuse. This form of therapy helps the patient to develop new attitudes to both themselves and their addictive behaviour. It teaches them to recognise negative thought patterns and counter them with better coping mechanisms. In addition, we provide family therapy sessions, and bereavement therapy where appropriate.
